| 摘 要： | 目的对比研究鼻咽癌放疗联合PF方案静脉化疗之时辰化疗与常规化疗,观察其疗效、临床毒副反应的情况。方法所有病例均行鼻咽癌放疗,辅以PF方案静脉化疗。静脉化疗分为时辰化疗与常规化疗2组,统计最常见毒副反应发生率,治疗后复查以评价肿瘤控制情况。结果时辰化疗对最常见毒副反应均有不同程度的减轻,而有效率则有一定程度的提高,两组有显著性差异。结论应用时辰化疗,可以在两方面受益,一是减少副反应,提高生活质量;二是可以提高治疗效果。
