| 摘 要： | 麻醉相关技能培养是住院医师规范化培训的重要组成部分。内、外科住院医师在麻醉科培训期间，要重视其临床思维能力、术前评估能力、无菌观念和技术、心肺脑复苏技能以及团队协作能力的培养，同时应建立综合化和科学化的考核制度。
