480例严重多发伤的救治体会

目的通过对本院近6年救治的480例严重多发伤患者进行分析,探讨如何提高严重多发伤的救治水平。方法对2005至2010年间收治的480例严重多发伤患者的伤情、诊断、治疗及结果进行回顾性分析。结果抢救成功453例,占94.38%,死亡27例,占5.62%。结论提高院前急救能力,抓紧"黄金1小时"及时抢救,实行一体化救治及止血前限制性液体复苏都有助于提高抢救成功率,降低病死率。

Treatment Experience of 480 Cases with Severe Multiple Injuries

Objective To explore how to improve the management of multiple injuries by analyzing 480 cases of severe multiple injuries in our hospital in recent 6 years.Methods?480 patients with severe multiple trauma were analyzed retrospectively,include of injured degree,diagnosis,treatment and result.Results?All of 480 cases,Forty hunderd fifty three cases(94.38%) were rescued successfully,27 cases were died,the mortality rate is 5.62%.Conclusion?In-creasing pre-hospital emergency capacity,make good use of the golden hour,the implement of integrated treatment and limited fluid resuscitation can significantly improve the success rate of rescue,and decrese mortality rate.
