| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对维持性血液透析患者生活质量和生活满意度的影响。方法将120例维持性血液透析患者随机分为干预组和对照组各60例。对照组采用常规护理措施,干预组在此基础上接受有针对性的心理干预措施。接受护理干预时间均为8周,比较2组生活质量得分结果。评价生活质量采用自制生活质量表,包括食欲、精神、疾病认知能力、家属和朋友的理解、焦虑和抑郁的程度、治疗态度、日常生活情节等。结果干预组生活质量得分显着高于对照组。结论有针对性的护理干预可充分调动患者的主观能动性,提高其自护能力,调整心理状态,降低焦虑、抑郁、恐惧等负性情绪,提高其对治疗的依从性及信心,从而有效地提高患者的生活质量。
