四川省基层医疗卫生机构药房现状与规范化管理研究

目的:为基层医疗卫生机构药房规范化管理提供参考。方法:通过制定调查表,对四川省部分基层医疗卫生机构药房进行现场和书面调查,对调查结果汇总、分析和总结,找出所存在的问题,提出管理措施。结果与结论:基层医疗卫生机构药事管理的组织机构、非药学专业技术人员的比例、人员职称及学历、培训与继续教育、药品管理及软硬件设施等方面都存在一些问题。建议对基层医疗卫生机构药房从组织机构与人员、制度与管理、设施设备、药品购进与验收、药品储存与养护、药品调配与使用管理等方面进行规范化管理。

Study on the Grass-roots Level and Standardized Management of Hospital Pharmacy of Sichuan Province

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the standardization of pharmacy management in primary medical institutions. METHODS： By developing questionnaire, on-site and written researches were conducted in pharmacy of primary medical institutions in Sichuan province. The research results were summarized and analyzed to identify the problems and propose management measures. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： There are a number of problems in pharmaceutical administration organizations of primary medical institutions, proportion of non-pharmacy technician, professional titles and qualifications, medical training and continuing education, drug management and software and hardware facilities. It is suggested to carry out standardized management from the organizational structure and personnel, systems and management, facilities and equipment, pharmaceutical purchasing and acceptance, storage and conservation, allocation and use of drug.
