摘    要:目的:总结傅金英教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)致不孕症的临床经验.方法:通过跟师学习,整理傅金英教授治疗PCOS致不孕症的医案、医论,总结傅金英教授治疗PCOS经验.结果:傅金英教授认为PCOS临床虚证多见,即便有实证,也为本虚标实.以脾肾两虚为本,痰瘀内阻为标.治疗方法主要有中医疗法、中西医结合治疗、改善生活方式及减轻体质量.结论:傅金英教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征导致不孕症疗效显著.

Abstract:Objective :To summarize the clinical experience of professor Fu Jinying in treating infertility caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods : By learning with the teacher, and organizing the medical cases and medical theories of Professor Fu Jinying in the treatment of infertility caused by PCOS, her understandings of the pathological mechanisms of the disease and treatment methods were summarized. Results:Professor Fu Jinying regarded that deficiency syndromes of PCOS were more common in clinic. Even if there were excessive syndromes,it was deficiency as the foundamental cause and excess as the direct cause with spleen and kidney deficiency as the foundamental cause and stasis and phlegm obstructing internally as the direct cause. The treatments included TCM therapy and integrative Chinese and western medicine, which could help improve the lifestyle and lose weight. Conclusion:Professor Fu Jinying achieved remarkable therapeutic effect in the treatment of infertility caused by PCOS.
