摘    要:目的:建立测定短腺小米草中微量元素含量的方法。方法:采用浓硝酸和高氯酸(4∶1,V/V)的混合溶液对样品进行消解,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定短腺小米草中微量元素(铁、铜、锌、锰)的含量。结果:短腺小米草中铁、铜、锌、锰的含量分别为739.84、16.04、108.86、49.20μg·g-1;各元素的平均加样回收率在97.6%~103.0%之间,RSD在0.8%~3.5%之间(n均为6)。结论:短腺小米草中含有较为丰富的铁、铜、锌、锰。本方法简单、准确,试验结果可为短腺小米草药理作用的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of trace elements in Euphrasia regelii.METHODS:A concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid(4:1,V:V) mixture solution was used to digest the herbal sample,and flame atomic absorption spectrometric(FAAS) was applied to determine the content of trace elements(Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn).RESULTS:The contents of trace elements(Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn) in E.regelii were 739.84 μg·g-1,16.04 μg·g-1,108.86 μg·g-1 and 49.20 μg·g-1,respectively.Average recoveries were 97.6%~103.0%,and RSD ranged 0.8%~3.5%(n=6).CONCLUSION:E.regelii contains rich trace elements(Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn).The method is simple and accurate,and trial result can provide reference for the further study of pharmacological action of E.regelii.
