针刀结合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

目的:探讨针刀结合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:将120例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用针刀结合手法治疗,对照组采用牵引结合手法治疗.5d治疗1次,4～5次为1个疗程.结果:治疗组有效率为98.33％,对照组有效率为76.66％.两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组治疗后症状体征计分较治疗前有明显降低(P＜0.01),治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组在各项症状评分中优于对照组,特别是在颈肩部疼痛不适、颈部活动度、上肢及手指麻木的临床症状方面疗效明显.结论:针刀结合手法治疗神经根型颈病疗效显著.

Clinical Research of Needle.knife Combined with Massage Therapy in Treating Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effects of needle-knife combined with massage therapy in treating Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis Methods ：120 patients of Nerve Root Cervical Spendylosis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by needle-knife combined with massage therapy ,the control group was treated by traction combined with massage therapy. Both groups were treated once of five days, with four to five times as one course of treatment. Results ： Effective rate of the treatment group was 98.33%, the control group was 93.33%, their difference had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Symptoms and signs score of both groups after treatment obviously reduced compared with before treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）, and comparison among two groups after treatment also had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group was superior to the control group at every symptom score, especially had obviously curative effects in the symptom of pain and discomfort of neck and shoulders, range of motion at neck, numbness of upper limbs and fingers. Conclusion： Needle-knife combined with massage therapy had significant curative effects in the treatment of Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis.
