临床药师参与癫痫临床路径实施效果的对照研究

目的：探讨临床药师参与实施临床路径、确保临床合理用药的方法。方法：我院实施癫痫临床路径前、后,临床药师通过参与临床路径合理用药方案的本地化调整及监测内容制订,对干预临床路径合理用药指标的结果进行对照分析。结果：实施临床路径后,我院患者的平均住院时间减少了0.7d,平均住院费用降低了324.5元,临床路径组总费用比对照组多收入了70311.50元。主要合理用药指标,即等间隔用药比例及血药浓度监测比例分别由36.04%和72.07%上升至97.66%和93.75%。结论：临床药师可以参与临床路径实施的全过程,在确保临床路径实施和规范临床合理用药方面发挥作用。

Control Study on Clinical Pharmacists Participating in the Implementation of Clinical Pathway of Epilepsy

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the methods of clinical pharmacists participating in the implementation of clinical pathway and guarantee of rational drug use. METHODS： By clinical pharmacists participating in the adjustment of rational drug use regimen and formulation of monitoring content in our hospital, the effects of intervention on rational drug use index of clinical pathway were analyzed comparatively before and after the implementation of epilepsy clinical pathway. RESULTS： After the implementation of clinical pathway, the average length of stay was shortened by 0.7 day, the average cost of hospitalization was reduced by 324.5 yuan in our hospital, but the total income was increased by 70 311.50 yuan. The main index of rational drug use such as the rate of administration by equal interval and monitoring of serum drug concentration, increased from 36.04% and 72.07% to 97.66% and 93.75%, respectively. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists can participate in the whole process of implementation of clinical pathway and play a role in the implementation of clinical pathway and rational drug use.
