执业药师业务规范探讨

目的：对完善我国执业药师业务规范提供参考。方法：查阅文献资料,比较分析美国、日本和我国台湾地区执业药师岗位分布和业务规范的具体内容,分析其制定情况并提出完善我国执业药师业务规范的建议。结果与结论：由于国情不同、基础各异,我国执业药师业务规范内容与美国、日本和我国台湾地区有所差异。借鉴国内外发达国家和地区执业药师业务规范的做法,我国可通过立法确定执业药师职业的不可替代性、明确岗位和业务职责、界定药学服务业务范围、规范职业道德和执业行为等方面完善执业药师业务规范。

Discussion of Licensed Pharmacist Professional Standard

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the perfection of licensed pharmacist professional standard in China.METHODS：Through literature review,specific content of licensed pharmacist professional standard were compared among United States,Japan and Taiwan region,and the suggestions were put forward to improve licensed pharmacist professional standard.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：Because of different national condition and foundation,the contents of licensed pharmacist professional standard in China are different from those of United States,Japan and Taiwan region.We learn from the practices of licensed pharmacist professional standard in developed countries and regions at home and abroad.The irreplaceability of licensed pharmacist profession,licensed pharmacist positions and operational responsibilities,and the scope of pharmaceutical care should be defined,and the practice behavior and professional ethics of licensed pharmacist should be regulated by legislation to improve licensed pharmacist professional standard.
