摘    要:目的设计并实现自动监护与无痛分娩闭环系统,用于胎儿监护和无痛分娩,以保障产妇和胎儿安全。方法该系统由监测系统、计算机系统、乳房按摩仪及笑气吸入装置等4部分组成。结果系统通过分析胎儿电子监护仪获得的胎心音信号、宫缩压力信号、胎动信号,用于控制乳房按摩仪和笑气吸人装置,在异常情况下自动报警、停止乳房按摩仪、关闭笑气吸人装置。结论该系统的使用,可实现产妇在意识清醒状态下的自动化监护与控制以及无痛分娩。

Abstract:Objective To design and realize the system of automatic monitoring and painless childbirth closed- loop, which is used in fetal monitoring and painless childbirth to keep pregnant women and fetuses healthy. Methods This system is composed by 4 parts of monitoring system, computer system, breast massage instrument and laughing gas suction device. Results Through analyzing the cardiac sound signal, contractions pressure signal, quickening signal obtained by fetal electronic monitor, this system could control breast massage instrument and laughing gas suction device, and in abnormal circumstances, it can automatically alarm, stop breast massage apparatus, close laughing gas suction device. Conclusion This system could achieve automation monitoring and control for puerpera in conscious condition and also painless delivery.
