| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨手法整复、自制桥式架外固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折的临床疗效.方法:40例患者全部采用手法整复、自制桥式架外固定治疗,观察治疗效果.结果:本组40例均得到随访,平均随访14个月.治愈率100％.一般2个月可良好愈合,患肢功能良好.结论:手法整复、自制桥式架外固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折能取得较为理想的效果,并且具有操作简单,护理方便,疗效安全可靠,费用低廉等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical curative effects of homemade bridge fame in treating children femoral fraetures. Methods ：40 cases of children femoral fractures were received and cured,all were treated by manipulative reduction and homemade bridge fame external fixation therapy, and were observed curative effects. Results： 40 patients were all followed-up, average following-up time was 14 months. Curative rate was 100%. In general, patients could be cured well in two months ,and function of diseased limbs was good. Conclusion：Bridge fame external fixation can achieve relatively perfect effects in treating children femoral fractures, and has the merits of simple manipulation ,convenient nurse, safe and reliable curative effects, and inexpensive cost. |
