伏邪学说的理论发展与临床应用

目的:探讨伏邪学说的理论发展以及对临床的指导意义.方法:对伏邪学说的理论做了初步探析,论述了伏邪学说萌芽于先泰,初创于西晋,发展于宋、金、元,鼎盛于明、清的发展过程.并对伏邪学说的现代临床研究做了浅析.结果:伏邪学说可以应用于肺系疾病、心系疾病、肝系疾病、肾系疾病等多个系统的病因病机研究,灵活变通,可以更好指导临床.结论:中医的伏邪学说源于古代而在当代富于强烈的启发性,具有重要的理论价值和实际意义.

Theoretical Development and Clinical Application of Pathogen Incubation Theory

Objective ：To explore the theoretical development as well as clinical guiding significance of pathogen incubation theory. Methods： Preliminary research on pathogen incubation theory was conducted and the development process of this theory was discussed which was originated in the pre-Qin Dynasty, started-ups in the Western Jin Dynasty, developed in the Song, Jin and Yuan Dynasties and reached the heyday in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The modern clinical research on the theory was also analyzed. Results：The pathogen incubation theory could be applied to the research on etiology and pathogenesis of multiple systems such as lung diseases, heart diseases,liver diseases and kidney diseases. Its flexible application can better guide the clinic. Conclusion ： The pathogen incubation theory of TCM originates from the ancient with strong contemporary enlightening benefits which has considerable theoretical and practical signifieances.
