摘    要:目的:建立测定异氟烷含量的方法。方法:采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器法。色谱柱为HP-INNOWax毛细管柱,柱温为75℃,检测器为ECD检测器,检测器温度为250℃,分流比为1:1,进样口温度为150℃,载气为氮气,流速为5mL.min-1,进样量为1μL。结果:异氟烷检测浓度在0.1002~1.201mg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.90%~100.00%,RSD=0.10%(n=9)。结论:该方法灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确、可靠,适用于异氟烷的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the content determination of isoflurane.METHODS:GC-ECD was adopted.HP-INNOWax capillary column was used.The column temperature was 75 ℃.ECD was used as detector with a temperature of 250 ℃ and split rastio of 1:1.The inlet temperature was 150 ℃,and nitrogen as carrier gas.The flow rate was 5 mL·min-1 and injection volume was 1 μL.RESULTS:The linear range of isoflurane was 0.100 2~1.201 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9) with average recoveries of 99.90%~100.00%(RSD=0.10%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is sensitive,reproducible,accurate and reliable,and it is suitable for the content determination of isoflurane.
