中医药治疗放射性肠炎研究述评

目的:探讨中医治疗放射性肠炎的研究进展.方法:总结、归纳和分析近年来的相关文献.结果:放射性肠炎是腹腔、盆腔原发或继发恶性肿瘤患者接受放射治疗的常见并发症,中医药治疗主要包括中药内治法和中药外治法.中药内治法有清热燥湿祛邪;益气健脾、补肾扶正兼清热;调和肝脾.中药外治法主要是灌肠.结论:中医药在放射性肠炎的治疗上有其优势,临床应用疗效确切.

Comments on the Current TCM Treatment of Radiation Enteritis

Objective ：To explore the research progress of applying Chinese medicine for the treatment of radiation enteritis. Methods：Literatures of recent years were summarized and analyzed. Results ： Radiation enteritis was a common complication of abdominal and pelvic primary or secondary malignant tumor patients who received radiation therapy. Chinese medicine treatment mainly included the internal application as well as the external treatment of Chinese medicine. The internal application of Chinese medicine mainly referred to the treatment of clearing heat and dampness and eliminating pathogenic factors, replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, nourish kidney and invigorating the healthy-qi combined with clearing heat at he same time and regulating the function of the liver and spleen. The external treatment of Chinese medicine mainly referred to enema. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine has its advantages in the treatment of the disease, and its clinical application shows definite efficacy.
