| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自拟解郁汤治疗抑郁症的临床疗效.方法:将96例患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组48例,对照组给予解郁丸口服,治疗组应用自拟解郁汤治疗.结果:对照组有效率为77.08％,治疗组有效率为89.58％,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗8周后,组间及两组治疗前后的HAMD评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:自拟解郁汤治疗抑郁症疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the clinical curative efficacy of self-produced Jieyu decoction in the treatment of depression. Methods： 96 cases of patients were radomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral Jieyu wan and the treatment group was given by self-produced Jieyu decoction. Results： The effective of the control group was 77.08%, the effective of the treatment group was 89.58%, the comparision between two groups showed the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the HAMD score among groups and within groups after a treatment of 8 weeks showed the differences had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Self-formulated Jieyu decoction has good curative effects in treating depression. |
