摘    要:目的:建立测定三皮止癣酊中蛇床子素含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Ultimate XB-C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(76∶24,V/V),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为322nm,柱温为25℃。结果:蛇床子素进样量在0.0384~0.7680μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996);平均加样回收率为100.45%,RSD=1.88%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、准确,适用于三皮止癣酊中蛇床子素的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of osthole in Sanpi zhixuan tincture. METHODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Ultimate XB-C18(250 minx4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(76 : 24, V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL.min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 322 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of 0sthole was 0.038 4-0.768 0 μg(r=0.999 6)with an average recovery of 100.45 % (RSD=1.88 %, n = 6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the content determination of osthole in Sanpi zhixuan tincture.
