长三角地区文化旅游资源十分丰富，如能对其进行整合开发和充分挖掘，将能有效增强长三角旅游竞争力，成为市场开拓新的支点和拉动长三角经济的新增长极。整合开发长三角文化旅游资源应采取建立区域文化旅游资源整合开发协调机制，构建长三角文化旅游整体形象，实现小范围的文化旅游资源整合，重点整合开发非物质文化遗产等措施。
