腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术38例体会

目的探讨腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治手术的临床应用效果。方法回顾性总结2003年12月-2006年9月腹腔镜辅助行结直肠癌根治手术38例的临床资料。结果除2例中转开腹外，余36例均在腹腔镜辅助下顺利完成手术，手术时间平均160 min，术中平均失血120 ml，术后肠功能恢复时间平均为46 h，平均住院时间10 d，术后无吻合口瘘及出血等严重并发症发生。35例获3-36个月随访，未发现戳孔部位种植，复发1例，死亡1例。结论腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术具有安全、微创等优点，短期效果与传统开腹手术无异。

Laparoscopic-assisted Radical Resection of Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic-assisted radical operation for colorectal carcinoma. Method From December 2003 to September 2006, 38 cases of colorectal carcinoma underwent laparoscopic-assisted radical resection, were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients completed the approach successfully except 2 cases converted to laparotomy. No one died during operation. No anastomotic leakage or postoperative hemorrhage occurred. The operative time was 160 minutes, the intestinal function restoring time was 46 hours, and the hospital stay was 10 days. During the 3 to 36 months follow-up, recurrence and mortality were found in 1 case respectively. Conclusion Laparoscopic-assisted radical resection for colorectal carcinoma demonstrates its advantages as safety, mini-trauma, which the short-term endpoint is similar as the laparotomy.
