参麦注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察参麦注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发慢性肺源性心脏病(气阴两虚)的效果.方法 选取我院2012年5月-2013年5月住院的40例稳定期COPD并发慢性肺源性心脏病(气阴两虚型)的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例.对照组用西医标准化方案治疗,治疗组在西医标准化方案的基础上加用参麦注射液按静脉输液,两组疗程均为10d.结果 相较于治疗前,患者治疗后CAT评分均有降低;治疗组治疗后CAT评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 参麦注射液治疗COPD并发慢性肺源性心脏病气阴两虚有良好疗效,且安全.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of shenmai injection on stationary phase chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with cardiopulmonary disease due to qi and yin deficiency . Methods Selection from may, 2012 - May 2013, 40 patients in hospital period patients with COPD complicated with chronic cor pulmonale, were randomly di- vided into treatment group and control group (n =20 ). The two groups were received routine therapy, but the treatment group was treated by ligustrazine and shenmai injection in addition. Two group were treated for l0 days. Results Compared with be- fore treatment, after treatment in patients with CAT scores were lower; CAT score lower than the control group after treatment group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conculsion Shenmai injection on stationary phase COPD with cardiopulmonary disease were good efficacy and safety.
