黛力新治疗伴焦虑抑郁的消化性溃疡患者的疗效观察

目的 观察黛力新辅助治疗伴焦虑抑郁的消化性溃疡患者的临床疗效.方法 将120 例伴焦虑抑郁的消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组60例.对照组根据个体化原则应用传统药物,治疗组加服黛力新片1 片,每天1次口服,2组疗程均为8周,入组者治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）测评,同时进行胃镜检查.结果 治疗8周以后,治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为78.3%,治疗组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗8周后焦虑、抑郁等躯体和精神症状评分结果与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 在传统治疗的基础上加用黛力新能显著改善伴有焦虑抑郁症状的消化性溃疡患者的精神和躯体方面症状,值得推广应用.

Effects of deanxit on peptic ulcer with anxiety-depression

Objective To assess the efficacy of deanxit in adjunctive treatment of peptic ulcer with anxiety-depres- sion. Methods 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group, each of 60 cases. The con- trol group was given traditional therapy for 8 weeks, and the therapy group was given deanxit 1 tab q. d based on traditional therapy for 8 weeks. All the patients were evaluated with hamilton depression scale （HAMD） ,hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） and gastroscope examination. Results After treatment for 8 weeks, the total effective rates of therapy group were 91.7%, which of control group were 78.33% ,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. There was significant differ- ence between the 2 groups in respect of somatic and mental symptom score results such as anxiety, depression and so on （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Deanxit, a valuable adjuvant to traditional therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer, can greatly improve de- pressive disorders,and this therapeutics was deserve generalization.
