| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨男性精液质量参数与自然流产、胚胎发育停滞及不育症的相关性.方法筛选80例自然流产或胚胎发育停滞患者男性配偶的精液标本与60例有正常生育史继发不育的患者男性配偶的精液标本的质量参数进行比较分析.结果 自然流产、胚胎发育停滞（研究组）与继发不育症组（对照组）精液质量参数比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.仅a级精子率有统计学意义（P =0.04 ＜0.05）.结论精液质量、畸形精子率的高低可能是造成不育症的主要原因,但是否是影响自然流产、胚胎发育停滞的主要因素尚不明确,还需进一步的研究.

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the correlation among infertility, spontaneous abortion, embryo development arrest and semen quality parameters of men. Methods Comparative analysis the semen quality parameters of 80 semen samples collected from spouse of women patients with spontaneous abortion and embryo development arrest and 60 semen samples collected from spouse of women experienced normal fertility but with secondary infertility. Results Semen quality parameters of study group （Spontaneous abortion, embryo development arrest） and control group （secondary infertility group） present no statistically significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but the rate of grade a sperm present statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Semen quality, rate of sperm deformity might be the main cause of infertility, but whether it is main factors of natural abortion, embryonic development stagnation is not clear, need further research. |
