亲子互动护理干预模式对产后母乳喂养的影响

目的 研究亲子互动护理干预模式对产后新生儿喂养方式的影响.方法 将家庭（产妇、丈夫、新生儿）共100例分为干预组和对照组.干预组：由经过培训后掌握亲子互动护理干预方法的责任护士一对一进行,对照组由责任护士按常规方法进行.母婴入室后做好入室宣教、喂养、护理指导,在治疗、护理过程中,巡视病房时,或产妇及家属有需求时给予指导及帮助,采取的是遵从家庭的意愿给予适时指导.观察两组家庭产后第3天、42d新生儿喂养方式.结果 干预组产后家庭第3天及42d纯母乳喂养率高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 亲子互动护理干预模式使产后家庭母乳喂养率明显提高,有利于促进新生儿健康.

The impactof parent-child interaction nursing intervention model for postpartum breastfeeding

Objective To know the impaction of nursing intervention mode of parent-child interactive to Newbom feeding patterns. Methods One hundred familys （maternal, husbands, baby at birth） were divided into intervention groop and the con- trol group. The intervention group was cared by the responsibility of nurses who trained to master the parent-child interactive nurs- ing intervention. The control group was cared by conventional nursing methods. Giving a good care after the mother and child coming to the ward, just as feeding, care guide Etc. giving guidance and help when they need. Observe newborn feeding patterns in two group on the third day and day 42. Results Breasffeeding rate of intervention groop on on the third day and day 42 was higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The parent-child interaction nursing intervention model can improve breasffeeding rate and help to pro- mote newborn health.
