抗癌保健茶抗致突变作用试验研究

采用修改的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验及修改的Ames试验研究了传统清热解毒中药为主要配方的抗癌保健茶抗致突变效果．结果：抗癌保健茶在剂量为16667mg／kg时，能明显地抑制由环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核的发生率，在剂量为10000、5000和2500ug／皿时，能明显直接灭活致突变物TNF，降低TA98的回复突变菌落数；在剂量为10000、5000ug／皿时，能明显抑制TNT对TA98的致突变作用；在剂量为10000、50000ug／皿时，能明显地抑制已受TNF致突变作用的TA98的突变表达．上述结果均表现出良好的剂量－反应关系。

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE ANTI-MUTAGENESIS OF ANTI-CARCINOMA HEALTH TEA

The effect of anti-mutagenesis of anti-carcinoma (Ca)health tea (main dispensing is antipyretic and detoxify chinese traditional medicine) was studied using modified micronucleus test on bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes in mouse and modified Ames test. The results showed that the rate of micronucleus of polychromatic erythrocytes in mouse induced by cyclophosphamide was inhibited obviously when the dosage of anti-Ca health tea was 16 667 mg/kg. The mutagen TNF was obviously inactivated and the reverse mutation colony number of TA98 was decreased when the dosage were 1 000,5 000 and 2 500ug/plate. The mutagenesis of TNF on TA98 was inhibited when the dosage were 10 000, 5 000ug/plate. The mutagen express of TA98 which had been mutated by TNF was inhibited obviously when the dosage were 10000,5 000ug/plate. All the results indicated fine dose-effect relationship.
