泌尿生殖道感染细菌耐药谱变迁研究

为研究细菌的耐药谱及其变迁规律，探讨其耐药模式，给指导临床合理管理和使用抗生素提供科学依据，对１９８９年至１９９７年从泌尿生殖道感染患者体内分离的１０３５株细菌，用Ｋ—Ｂ琼脂扩散法对九种抗生素进行了药物敏感性试验。结果九年间细菌的耐药率均有不同程度提高，呈递增趋势。细菌对抗生素的耐药率与细菌种类及抗生素种类、使用年限、使用频率等密切相关。提示对细菌耐药谱的监测具有重要的医学指导意义

STUDY ON BACTERIAL DRUG RESISTANT SPECTRUM CHANGE IN URINOGENITAL TRACT INFECTION

In order to study the change trend of bacterial drug resistant spectrum, to explore the drug resistant model and to provide the scientific basis for the clinical using of antibiotics, the K-B method was used to do the drug sensitivity test on 9 kinds of antibiotics and 1035 stranis of bacteria which were isolated from the patients with urinogenital tract infection from 1989 to 1997. The results showed that the rate of resistance increased in various degrees with an upward trend. The rate of resistance was closely related with the bacterial species, antibiotics types, used years and frequencies of antibiotics. These suggest that the investigation on the bacterial drug resistant spectrum is important for the medical instruction.
