目的：为了探讨老年糖尿病患者血清胰岛素样生长因子－１（ＩＧＦ－１）水平与脂质代谢紊乱的关系。方法：检测６０例老年糖尿病患者血清ＩＧＦ－１、血糖、胰岛素、生长激素、总胆固醇、某油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平，并与３０名正常健康成年人、５０名正常健康老年人作比较。同时还分析了血清ＩＧＦ－１水平与蓁各项指标的相关性。结果：⑴正常老年人血清ＩＧＦ－１水平明显低于正常成年人（Ｐ〈０．０１

Determination of Serum Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1) and the Analysis of the Correlation between its Level and Lipid Metabolic Disorder in Aged Diabetes

To investigate the correlation between serum IGF_1 level and the disorder of lipid metabolism in aged diabetes. Method:Serum levels of IGF_l,glucose(Glu),insulin(Ins),growth hormone(GH),total cholesterol(T_ch),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL_c) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL_c) in 60 cases of aged diabetes were detected,and were compared with that in 30 cases of healthy adults (25-58 years old)and that in 50 cases of healthy aged control (6l-90 years old).Meanwhile the correlations of serum IGF_1 with other indexes were also analysed.Results:(l)Serum IGF_1 level in aged healthy control was obviously lower than that in healthy adults ( P <0.01). (2)IGF_1 level in aged diabetes group was remarkably lower than that in the two groups of normal controls ( P <0.001). (3)The levels of all blood_lipid related indexes except HDL_c (i.e.T_ch,TG and LDL_c) in aged diabetes group were significantly higher than that in the aged healthy control (P<0.01). (4) In aged biabetes group,the serum IGF_1 level was positively correlated with Ins and GH level (P<0.05) and negatively correlated with Glu,T_ch,TG and LDL_c level (P<0.01),but without correlation with HDL_c level (P>0.05). Conclusion:Based on the above results,it could be concluded that there is a close relationship between the change of serum IGF_1 and the disorder of lipid metabolism in aged diabetes.
