血清超敏C反应蛋白检测在糖尿病大血管病变中的意义

目的探讨超敏c反应蛋白（hsCRP）与2型糖尿病并发大血管病变的相关性。方法采用散射比浊法测定50例2型糖尿病患者（其中并发大血管病变者20例）和30例健康对照者血清hs—CRP的水平，并进行分析。结果2型糖尿病组hs—CRP水平与健康对照组比较明显升高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；并发大血管病变患者hs—CRP明显高于非大血管病变者，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论hs—CRP在2型糖尿病并发大血管病变患者中显著升高，可能是2型糖尿病大血管病变的一个重要的独立危险因素。

Clinical significance of detection of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in diabetic macroangiopathy

Objective To investigate the correlation of high-sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP） and mac roangiopathy complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The serum level of hs-CRP was determined with scattered turbidimetric method in 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（DM group,in which 20 cases were complicated with diabetic macroangiopathy） and 30 healthy controls（healthy control group）. Results Serum hs-CRP level were significantly elevated in DM group as compared with that of healthy control group（P〈0.05）. There was asta tistical difference of hs CRP level between type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with and without macroangiopathy（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Serum hs-CRP level is markedly increased in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which may be an important and independent risk factor for macroangiopathy complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus.
