优化输液流程以降低静脉输液安全风险

目的：降低静脉输液安全风险,提高护理质量。方法：运用PDCA循环的管理方法,进行现状调查、原因分析、要因确认、对策实施、效果检验及巩固措施等质量管理控制程序。结果：优化输液流程后,输液安全问题总发生率由以前的1.61%降至优化后的0.56%,各项输液安全问题的发生比率均有明显降低;护理服务零投诉,静脉输液环节的满意度得分率由以前的89.0%提高到优化后的97.5%。结论：优化静脉输液流程,提高了护理人员的安全意识和创新能力,在很大程度上降低了静脉输液安全风险,减少了护理缺陷的发生,促进了静脉输液技术和护理工作的安全质量的提高。

Optimize infusion process to reduce the safety risks of intravenous fluids

Objective： To reduce the safety risks of intravenous fluids, to improve the quality of care. Methods： Used PDCA cycle management method, implemented survey, reasonanalysis, to confirm that countermeasures implementation effects test and consolidation measures such as quality man- agement and control procedures. Results：Optimization infusion process, the infusion security issues overall incidence of the optimized rate from 1.61% to 0.56%, significantly reducing the occurrence rate of the infusion safety issues;satisfaction of care services lodge a complaint, intravenous infusion links score from 89% to 97.5 % after optimization. Conclusion：The intravenous infusion process optimization, improve caregiver safety awareness and the ability to innovate, to a large extent reduce the safety risks of intravenous fluids to reduce the occurrence of nursing defects, to promote the improvement of the intravenous infusion of technology and the safety and quality of care.
