龙枝提取物对化疗药物的增效作用研究

目的 研究龙枝提取物对荷瘤(肝癌H22和移植性肉瘤S180)小鼠化疗的增效作用。方法 分别观察龙枝提取物与化疗药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)、环磷酰胺合用后对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用,设对照组、药物组、药物与大、中、小剂量龙枝提取合用组,对比各组瘤体重与抑瘤率。结果 与对照组比较,5-FU与龙枝提取物合用组,瘤体重有显著性差异(P<0.05)或非常显著性差异(P<0.01),所有合用组抑瘤率均大于30％。与环磷酰胺组比较,环磷酰胺与龙枝提取物合用各剂量组瘤体重均无显著性差异,但各剂量组抑瘤率均呈上升趋势。结论 龙枝提取物能提高5-FU、环磷酰胺的抑瘤率,具有增加化疗药物抗癌疗效的作用。

Study on the Synergy of Long-Zhi Extract with Chemotherapy

Objective To study the synergy of Long - Zhi extract with chemotherapy. Methods Long-Zhi extract was administrated together with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) of cyclophosphamide (CTX) to experimental rats. The rats were divided into 5 groups: control group, chemotherapy group, chemotherapy with high / moderate / low-dosage Long-Zhi extract groups. Weight of the carcinoma and inhibitory rate were calculated. Results Compared with control group,5-FU with Long-Zhi extract groups showed prominent difference in carcinoma weight and carcinoma inhibitory rate. The carcinoma weight and carcinoma inhilitory rate. The carcinoma inhibitory rates of CTX with Long-Zhi extract groups were different from that of chemotherapy group, although the weight of the carcinoma almost the same. Conclusion Long-Zhi extract can raise the carcinoma inhibitory rate of 5 - FU and CTX, and has synergy with chemotherapy.
