钬激光治疗输尿管结石的疗效评估

目的探讨应用钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的有效性及安全性。方法123例输尿管结石患者均采用输尿管镜下钬激光治疗。结果123例输尿管结石患者一次手术取尽率为83.5%(106例),有9例结石完整跑入肾内,8例因结石之下输尿管严重扭曲改其他术式。平均手术时间和术后住院天数分别为55min及4d。结论对于直径<2cm、结石处炎症肉芽组织多、结石下段无明显梗阻的输尿管结石,输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗是最好的选择。

Evaluation of holmium laser lithotrity in removing ureteral calculi

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect and safety of holmium laser lithotrity in removing ureteral calculi. [Methods] 123 patients with ureteral calculus were treated with vensapulse select holmium laser lithotrity through urethra under ureteroscopy. [Results] The grinding rate of calculus after one lithotrity was 83.5%, and the average operating time was 55 minutes; the post-operation hospitalization was 4 days. [Conclusion] It is safe and effective to remove ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotrity.
