心肺脑复苏失败306例临床分析

目的 通过对心肺脑复苏失败306例临床分析，探讨复苏失败的原因，以提高复苏的成功率。方法 对306例患的年龄，原发病，复苏方法，致死原因及1，2期初步成功的情况进行分析。结果 原发产现均较严重，急性脑血管病，急性心梗，肺心病共206例（67．32％），50岁以上227例（74．18％），1，2期复苏初步复苏成功98例（32．03％），均进行了脑复苏，最长持续19h，98例初步复苏成功50岁以上仅32例（32．65％），致死原因，脑疝形成112例（36．60％）占首位，其次循环衰竭69例（22．55％），呼吸衰竭58例（18．95％）。结论：心肺脑复苏失败与原发病，年龄，复苏开始的时间有非常密切的关系，致死原因均较严重，脑复苏是复苏成功的关键。

Clinical Analysis of 306 Cases of Resuscitation Failure of Heart,Lung and Brain

Objective To explore the reasons of resuscitation failure of heart,lung and brain,to raise the success rate of ersuscitation.Methods The data of age,primary diseases,resuscitation methods,death cause and the causes of resuscitation success were gained and analysed.Results The primary diseases were quite serious,with 206(67.32%)cases of acute cerebrivascular,acute myocardial infarction or cardio-lung disease;The age of 227 patients(74.18%) was over 50 years old;98(32.03%) of preliminary success was in the first and second atage of resusucotation(all with brain resuscitation,the max persistence time being 192h);only 32(32.65%)out of 98% sucess cases was with the age over 50;Cause of death:112 cases (36.60%) of cerebrai hernia (the first cause),69(22.55%) of circlulatory failure,58(18.95%) of respiratory failure.Conclusion The resusciation failure of heart,lung and brain has close relation with the primary diseases,patient age and the beginninf time of resuscitation.The death cause is all relatively serious.The key of sucess is the brain resuscitation.
