| 摘 要： | 目的 了解社区老年人使用氧气辅助装置的污染状况和消毒效果。方法 对本社区家庭使用氧气者,采用自身对照进行消毒前、消毒后 细菌培养阳性结果分析。消毒方法:选择作用快、效果好、使用方便的“力搏消毒液”擦拭消毒。结果 社区老年人使用氧气辅助装置污染较 严重,湿化瓶菌落计数平均值6480CFU/ml。60%的菌种与呼吸道感染有关,细菌以棒状杆菌、细球菌、鲍曼氏不动杆菌为主。结论 通过调 查发现社区使用的氧气辅助装置的污染状况不同于医院。有效的消毒可以打断生物链,切断再循环,可以减少老年人呼吸道感染的机会。

| Abstract: | To determine the contamination status and the effectiveness of disinfection of the equipments of oxygen therapy. Method This study using self-control method to analyze the positive result of bacteria cultivation before and after disinfection.Result The contamination status of the equipments of oxygen therapy was serious in community elders.Conclusion The contamination status of equipments of oxygen therapy in community was difference from the hospitals. Effective disinfection could cut the recycle of contamination and reduce the opportunity of respiratory infection in elders. |
