甲状腺大部分切除术后麻醉苏醒期不同体位对病人的影响

目的]观察甲状腺大部分切除病人在麻醉苏醒期采用两种不同体位对情绪的影响。方法]将90例行甲状腺大部分切除病人随机分为对照组和观察组，每组45例，对照组采用传统全身麻醉术后常规体位护理，观察组在苏醒期采用自然侧卧位护理。观察并比较两组病人心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度、麻醉苏醒期的反应及使用镇静药物情况。结果]观察组出现躁动、呻吟病人少于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组应用镇静药物的病人少于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组病人心率、呼吸及血氧饱和度较对照组平稳。结论]甲状腺大部分切除术后麻醉苏醒期采用自然侧卧位能保持呼吸道通畅，稳定情绪。

Influence of different body positions on emotion of patients after undergoing subtotal thyroidectomy in anesthesia recovery period

Objective： To observe the influence of two different body positions on emotion of patients after undergoing subtotal thyroidectomy in anesthesia recovery period. Methods： A total of 90 patients undergoing subtotal thyroid- ectomy were divided into control and test group 45 cases each. Patients of con- trol group accepted traditional body position nursing care after operation under general anesthesia. Patients of test group were accepted natural lateral decubi- tus position nursing care in anesthesia recovery period after operation. Then heart rate （HR）, respiration （R）, blood oxygen saturation （SaO2）, emotion changes, and use of sedatives of patients between the two groups were ob- served and compared. Results： Restless and groaning occurred in test group patients were significantly less than that in control group cases （P~0.05）. The use of sedatives of patients in test group was significantly less than that in control group （P~0.05）. And heart rate, respiration and blood oxygen satu- ration of patients in test group were more stable. Conclusion： Natural lateral body position for patients after undergoing subtotal thyroidectomy in anesthesia recovery period could keep respiratory tract unobstructed and emotion stable of them.
