安必洁快速多酶清洗液在手术器械清洗中的应用与效果

摘    要:目的]提供更加洁净的手术器械,防止医院感染的发生。方法]取使用后的手术器械450件随机分为A组、B组、C组,A组用配制好的安必洁快速多酶清洗液浸泡10min;B组用一般含氯消毒剂浸泡10min;C组用清水浸泡10min。3组浸泡后取出,按常规人工清洗方法抽样检查,比较3组器械清洗后目测的洁净度及残留血污染情况。结果]A组清洁率及残留血检测试合格率与B组、C组分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论]采用安必洁快速多酶清洗液手术器械浸泡清洗可以提高清洗质号.

Application of Anbijie fast multi-enzyme cleaning liquid for surgical instruments cleaning and its effect

Abstract:Objective:To provide more clean surgical instruments and to prevent the occurrence of hospital infection. Methods:Totally 450 pieces of used surgical instruments were randomly divided into group A, B,C. Instruments of group A were soaking for 10 minutes with prepared Anbijie fast multi - enzyme cleaning liquid. Instruments of group B were soaking for 10 minutes with general chlorinated disinfectant. Instruments of group C were soaking for 10 minutes with clear water. Then all three groups of instruments were detected in sampling according to conventional manual cleaning method after soaking of three groups. And visual cleanliness and residual blood contamination of all three groups instruments after cleaning were compared. Results. There were statistical significant differences in terms of the cleaning rate and qualified rate of the residual blood detection compared group A instruments with group B and group C instruments (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Using Anhijie fast multienzyme cleaning liquid for surgical instruments cleaning can enhance cleaning quality.
