残根残冠根管治疗期间急性炎症发病情况及相关因素分析

目的 探讨残根残冠根管治疗期间急性炎症的发病情况及其春相关因素.方法 对120例残根残冠根管治疗,记录根管预备、根管充填和根尖病变情况与急性炎症的关系进行临床分析.结果 急性炎症13例,发生率为10.83%;其中超扩11例,超填12例,根尖有病变4例,无病变9例.结论 残根残冠根管治疗的急性炎症与根管预备、根管充填和根尖病变程度有关,治疗时应严格遵守操作规程,认真进行,避免急性炎症的发生.

Clinical study of acute inflammation during root caneal therapy of residual roots and crowns

Objective To study the reason and incidence of acute inflammation during root canal therapy of residual toots and crowns.Methods An analysis was made for 120 residual roots and crowns with ordinary root canal therapy.Results Acute inflammation occurred in 13;incidence of the acute inflammation was 10.83%;paranormal root preparation 11,paranormal filling 12,periapical leision 4,no periapical leision 9.Conclusion Incidence of acute inflammation during root canal therapy of residual roots and crowns was related to the root preparation,root filling and periapical leision.Root canal therapy of the residual roots and crowns should be done strictly.
