精神分裂症患者社会支持与自我效能的相关性研究

目的了解精神分裂症患者社会支持与自我效能之间的关系,探索提高精神分裂症患者自我效能的护理方法.方法采用社会支持评定量表和一般自我效能感量表对96例精神分裂症患者进行测定.结果96例精神分裂症患者的自我效能感总分与社会支持总分和3个维度均呈正相关,差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.01）.自我效能女患者比男患者高,高中文化组患者比其余各组低,其余的因素都是通过影响社会支持而起作用.结论精神分裂症患者社会支持与自我效能密切相关,增加社会支持能够增强患者的自我效能,自我效能的增强也能够提高患者对社会支持的利用.

The correlation of social support of schizophrenia patients with self-efficacy

Objective To understand the correlation of social support of schizophrenia patients with self-efficacy and probe into nursing methods to enhance the self-efficacy in schizophrenia.Methods The social support scale and self-efficacy scale were used to examine 96 schizophrenia patients.Results The self-efficacy and social support together with its 3 items were positive correlated,with significant differences(P<0.01).The females scored higher than males in view of self-efficacy,those with higher middle school education than those with less or more education.All other factors worked just via affecting social support.Conclusion The social support is correlated with self-efficacy in schizophrenia patients.We can enhance their self-efficacy by raising social support and vise versa.
