| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声造影与常规超声检查相比对腹部实性脏器钝性创伤诊断的优越性。方法利用10只杂种犬和12只大白兔建立肝、脾、肾钝性创伤模型，然后分别行常规超声和超声造影检查，比较两种方法诊断对不同部位、不同程度创伤的准确率。结果共建立创伤模型56处。两种超声检查方法对肝、脾、肾3种脏器创伤诊断率差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01），且超声造影诊断Ⅰ～Ⅱ级轻度创伤更具优越性（P〈0．01）。结论超声造影对实性脏器钝性创伤具有较高诊断价值，对轻度创伤的检出优于常规超声。
