综合护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者治疗的影响

目的:探讨综合护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者治疗的影响。方法:将156例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为常规护理组和综合护理组各78例,常规护理组给予常规的慢性心力衰竭护理,综合护理组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预。治疗干预3个月,观察、比较两组治疗前后生活质量、治疗依从性和心功能的变化。结果:3个月后,综合护理组患者在生活质量、治疗依从性和心功能改善方面均优于常规护理组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:综合护理干预对提高慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量和治疗依从性、改善患者的心脏功能和预后方面具有重要的作用。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment outcome of patients with chronic heart failure

Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment outcome of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:156 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group(78 cases in each group).The patients in the routine nursing group were given routine nursing care and the comprehensive nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the comprehensive nursing group.The quality of life,treatment compliance and changes of heart function were observed and compared between the two groups after treatment and intervention for 3 months.Results:After 3 month,the improvement of quality of life,treatment compliance and cardiac function was better in the comprehensive nursing group than the routine nursing group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention plays an important role in the improvement of quality of life,treatment compliance,cardiac function and prognosis in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.
