| 摘 要： | 肿瘤干细胞理论的提出为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供了新思路。肿瘤干细胞的靶向治疗策略主要包括针对肿瘤干细胞的特异表面标志;针对肿瘤干细胞的信号转导路径;诱导肿瘤干细胞分化;改变肿瘤干细胞的微环境。文中就肿瘤干细胞的靶向治疗策略作一综述。

| Abstract: | The theory of cancer stem cell has opened a new perspective for the treatment of malignant tumors.And there are four ways to target cancer stem cell to treat malignant tumors: act on specific surface markers of the cancer stem cell,affect the signal transduction pathway of the cancer stem cell,induce the cancer stem cell and change the micro-environment of the cancer stem cell. |
