地佐辛致手术中高血压2例

病例1:患者,女性,62岁,因急性胆囊炎入院,行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,手术结束前,给予地佐辛注射液50 μg·kg-1.用药后1 min 患者血压持续升高.给予乌拉地尔无明显效果后加深麻醉,血压略下降.术后2h 患者血压恢复正常.病例2:患者,男性,54岁,因胫骨骨折入院,行胫骨切开复位内固定术,手术结束前给予地佐辛50 μg·kg-1,推注结束后1 min 患者血压升高,给予乌拉地尔无明显效果后加深麻醉,血压略下降.术后2h 患者血压恢复正常.

Two cases of intraoperative high blood presure caused by dezocine injection

Case one： one 62-year-old female patient was hospitalized due to acute cholecystitis and implemented laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Dezocine 50 ~g＇kg-1 was injected before the end of operation. About one minute later, blood pressure of the patient was elevating dynamically. There was no effect after the injection of urapidil. And then, blood pressure of the patient went down after receiving more deeply anesthesia. About two hours after surgery, blood pressure returned to normal. Case two： one 54-year-old male patient was hospitalized due to tibial fractures and implemented osteosynthesis. Dezocine 50 ~g.kg~ was injected before the end of operation. About one minute later, blood pressure of the patient elevated. There was no effect after the injection of urapidil. And then, the blood pressure went down after receiving more deeply anesthesia. Two hours after surgery, blood pressure returned to normal.
