| 摘 要： | 老年人手术后认知功能障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)发病机制复杂、发病原因不明,现尚无有效防治方法,是目前麻醉学研究热点。麻醉对POCD发生的作用有不同观点,现有研究结果尚不足以进行Meta分析,但提示麻醉对POCD的影响不容忽视。文中就目前麻醉与POCD发生的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD),due to its complicated pathogenesis,unclear disease cause and no methods available for its prevention and treatment,has become a focus in current anesthesiologic research.The role of anesthesia in POCD remains controversial,and the results of studies were not adequate for Meta analysis.However,the suggested involvement of anesthesia in POCD cannot be neglected. |
