| 摘 要： | 以改善患者生命质量为目标的药学监护强调医疗、药学、护理人员的协调合作,药师与护师协作服务提高药物治疗效果是必要且可行的.本文综述国内外有关药护协作服务的研究文献,分析比较国内外药护协作服务的实践与效果、实践方法与评价指标,结果药护协作服务使患者药物治疗效果得到了更大改善.同时,阐述了国内药护协作服务存在的问题,探讨未来在国内开展药护协作服务研究可以采取的方式. |

| Abstract: | Pharmaceutical care emphasizes the cooperation and collaboration of medical, pharmacy and nursing staff with objectives to improve the patient medication outcomes. Collaborating pharmacists and nurses in clinical practice seems to be necessary and feasible. This article reviewed the research literatures about combining pharmacists and nurses at home and abroad, comparing their practice, outcomes, methods and evaluation criteria, and improved medication outcomes had been achieved by pharmacist-nurse collaboration. With concentrating on the issues we are facing on the pharmacist-nurse collaboration nowadays, this review also discussed the collaboration pattern that could be adopted at home. |
