201例肺部感染住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

目的:了解我院肺部感染住院患者抗菌药物临床应用情况,并分析其合理性.方法:抽取我院2010年1月1日-2011年12月31日出院的20,份肺部感染患者病历,统计患者概况、病原学检查及抗菌药物使用情况,对抗菌药物的使用频率、药物利用指数及用药合理性进行分析.结果:201例患者所应用的抗菌药物涉及7类23种,头孢菌素类和喹诺酮类使用频率最 高;抗茵药物均为静脉给药,联合用药率为77.61%,以二联用药为主;病原学检查送检率58.7.%,阳性率36.44%.结论:我院肺部感染住院患者应用抗菌药物存在的不合理问题主要是老年患者用药剂量偏大,给药频次不规范,不合理的联合用药.

The application analysis of antimicrobial agents in 201 cases of pulmonary infection in hospitalized patients

Objective： To investigate the clinical application of antibacterials and analyze its rationality in hospitalized patients with pulmonary infection. Methods： A total of 201 cases of discharged medical records regarding to lung infection were extracted from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011 in our hospital, and the data were analyzed in respect to general situation of the patients, examination results of etiology and the application of antibacterials for evaluating the application frequency of antibacterials, drug utilization index and rationality of medication. Results： Seven categories and 23 kinds of antimicrobial drugs were used in 201 patients. The application frequencies of eephalosporins and quinolones were the highest; all antimicrobial drugs were administered intravenously. The proportion of combination therapy was 77.61% with mainly double combinations therapy. The pathogenic detection rate was 58.71%, and the positive rate was 36.44%. Conclusion： The application of antibacterials in hospitalized patients with pulmonary infection was unreasonable, including using overdose of antibacterials in the elderly patients, inappropriate frequency of medication, and irrational drug combinations.
