路优泰对脑卒中后抑郁患者神经功能缺损影响的疗效观察

目的探讨路优泰对脑卒中后抑郁状态及其神经功能缺损症状和日常生活能力的影响。方法将90例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为研究组45例,对照组45例。研究组在神经内科常规治疗的基础上,入组前停服其他抗抑郁剂,并进行1周清洗期后服用路优泰,未服用抗抑郁剂者直接服用路优泰;对照组进行神经内科常规治疗。两组患者入院第3天及治疗后第2周、3周、4周均进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分。结果治疗组HAMD评分和NIHSS评分明显减少,ADL评分明显增高;治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论路优泰是一种较理想的抗抑郁药物,对改善卒中后抑郁及神经功能缺损症状和日常生活能力效果明显。

Effects of neurostan on post-stroke depression and its nervous function defect

Objective] To explore the effects of neurostan on post-stroke depression, nervous function defect and activities of daily living. Methods] 90 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups: research group (n =45, routine treatment combined with neurostan) and control group (n =45, routine treatment only). HAMD, NIHSS and ADL were used for the two groups third day after hospitalization and the end of second, third and fourth week of after treatment. Results] There was a significantly lower of HAMD score and NIHSS score, and there was a significantly higher of ADL score in research group. There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion] Neurostan is an ideal antidepressant improving post-stroke depression, the nervous function defect and activities of daily living.
