| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨染色体9p21区域D9S319座位的杂合性缺失（LOH）在胶质瘤的发生发展中的作用。方法：应用微卫星多态标记－PCR法对25例胶质瘤组织进行检测。结果：21例可提供LOH分析信息，杂合性缺失率为57％（12／21），其中胶质母细胞瘤、间变型星形细胞瘤、星形细胞瘤分别为70％（7／10）、43％（3／7）、50％（2／4）。结论：染色体9p21区域杂合性缺失与胶质瘤发生发展密切相关，该区域可能存在抑瘤基因，抑癌基因失活将影响胶质瘤的发生发展。 |

| Abstract: | Loss of heterozygosity(LOH)of DNA microsatellite marker D9S319 on chromosome 9p21 was examined in 25 glioma samples by PCR technique.The results showed that LOH on 9p21 was 57%(12/21),and 70%(7/10),43%(3/7) and 50%(2/4) in glioblastoma,anaplastic astrocytoma and astrocytoma respectively.These results suggest that there may be an unidentified gene located on 9p21 region and its inactivation related to tumorigenesis of glioma. |
