| 摘 要： | 慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者尽管采用最规范的现代医学治疗,其住院率及病死率仍居高不下,如何在现代医学治疗的基础上进一步降低心衰的病死率及再住院率,提高患者的生存质量,改善远期预后是防治和研究的难点和热点。中医药治疗心衰在临床实践中应用广泛,并且在辨证、治疗等方面有了相当的规范,疗效评价显示了良好的前景,文章从辨证、治疗、评价等方面对中医药在心衰治疗中的应用现状作了简要总结。

| Abstract: | The admission rate and mortality of chronic heart failure(CHF) patients remain at a high level,even with the use of optimized treatments as given by the latest guidelines.It has been a hot and challenging study topic to further reduce readmission rate andmortality,improve life quality andlong-term prognosis of CHF patients.The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) treatment isextensively used in clinical practice against CHF in China.TCM treatment based on differential diagnosis has been considerably standardized and clinical evaluations has shown good prospect of itscurative effect.This paper is asummary of differential diagnosis,treatment and evaluationon the current application of TCM in CHF. |
