制备体质-病-证三位一体动物模型的构想

中医证候动物模型是中医药现代化的关键环节。现有证候模型实现了中医病因病机层面研究的突破,但忽略了体质与病证的相关性,导致了病证的多样化,难以体现中医证候的内涵。本课题组构想体质-病-证三位一体动物模型,通过体质因素和量表的引入,可纯化造模因素、控制病证多样化、量化诊断和评价体系,为中医证侯模型的科学化和标准化开创新的思路和方法。

Conception of constitution-disease-syndrome animal model

The establishment of syndrome model in animals is the key in the process of the modernization of TCM.Although the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases has been revealed by the present syndrome model in TCM researches,the diversities of disease and syndrome are induced for the ignorance of the relationship between constitution,disease and syndrome,which fails to present the connotation of syndrome in TCM.The introduction of constitutional factors and scales,in the conceived constitution-disease-syndrome animal,can purify the factors of establishing animal model,regulate the diversity of syndrome and quantify the diagnosis and evaluation system.And the conception provides a new way to scientific and standardize the establishment of syndrome model in TCM researches.
