| 摘 要： | 医院业务流程优化与再造是医院提升医疗和管理品质、实现资源成本最小化、改善时效、提高效益的有力方法和途径。作者阐述了医院业务流程优化与再造的理论、方法、步骤、相关技术与工具等问题，探讨了医院业务流程改进的体系结构及医院业务流程再造的关键成功因素与障碍，分析了业务流程再造与医院组织结构、医院信息化之间的关系，提出了医院业务流程优化与再造的评价标准。 |

| Abstract: | Hospital business process optimization and reengineering is an effective method and channel for hospitals to enhance medical and management quality, realize cost minimization, improve efficiency, and increase benefits. The paper gives an account of the theories, methods, steps, relevant techniques, and tools of hospital business process optimization and reengineering, discusses the systematic framework for hospital business process improvement and key success factors and obstacles for hospital business process reengineering, analyzes the relationship of business process reengineering with hospital organizational structures and hospital information systems, and puts forward assessment criteria for hospital business process optimization and reengineering. |
