异丙酚联合阿托品麻醉在人工流产中的应用

目的　探讨异丙酚联合阿托品在人工流产中应用的效果。方法　对 2 12例门诊早孕的健康妇女按就诊顺序随机分为 2组 ,每组 10 6例 ,对照组单一使用异丙酚进行人工流产麻醉 ,实验组使用异丙酚联合阿托品进行人工流产麻醉。观察每组的镇痛效果、手术时间、术中出血情况、患者生命体征变化 ,及异丙酚的总用药剂量。结果　异丙酚联合阿托品麻醉镇痛效果确切 ,手术时间实验组明显少于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。手术过程中患者呼吸及循环系统的变化明显平稳于对照组 ,术中出血情况 2组相比无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,异丙酚的总用药量实验组明显少于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论　异丙酚联合阿托品用于人工流产麻醉 ,镇痛效果确切 ,手术时间缩短 ,异丙酚的总用药量减少 ,患者的生命体征平稳

Application of Combined Anesthesia with Disoprofol and Atropine for Artificial Abortion

Objective To explore the effect of combined anesthesia for artificial abortion. Methods 216 women with early pregnant were divided into two groups randomly. Group 1(106 women) was anesthetized with disoprofol in artificial abortion, group 2(106 women) was anesthetized with disoprofol and atropine in artificial abortion analgesia. The effect, operation time, patient vital signs, bleeding condition and disoprofol omni dosage were compared. Results Both group analgesia effect were certain. The operation time in group 2 was less (P<0.01), the disoprofol omni dosage was less (P<0.01). The patient vital signs of the group 2 was obviously steady. The bleeding condition was compared (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined anesthesia with disoprofol and atropine for application of artificial abortion analgesia effect was certain. Operation time was less and disoprofol omni dosage was less. The patient vital signs more steady.
