医学院校教学语言技能训练微格教学法的应用

摘    要:目的:提高教师的语言教学能力。方法:选取我校35岁以下的青年医学基础课教师为训练观察对象,将他们分为实验班和对照班对教学语言技能进行量化评估。结果:实验班的分数分布集中在80~95之间,而对照班的分数大多集中在65~80之间。P〈0.05,显示差异具有显著性。结论:“微格教学”法应用于教学中,提高了教学语言能力,取得了良好的效果。
